Game 02: A lie was made to make Coby look bad and I'M PISSED (Turk) Rule is unclear whether you need to be in control of the ball in order for it to be a gather when you touch it with two hands. I think because he lost control it's probably not a gather here, and thus not a double dribble. If the rule was the other way, and he gathered and then lost control, he could recover it but not dribble again.
